How long does a typical installation take?
Most residential change-outs are completed in one day. We usually arrive at 8:00 AM and have you back in conditioned air by the afternoon.
Will you handle the permits and inspections?
Yes. Every installation is 100% legal. We handle the city paperwork, coordinate electrical subs, and schedule the final inspection.
How do I know what size (tonnage) system I need?
We don’t guess. We perform a Manual J Load Calculation, looking at your insulation, windows, and square footage to find the exact BTU load required.
What is SEER2 and why does it matter?
SEER2 is the new 2026 industry standard for efficiency. Higher numbers mean lower electric bills. We offer systems ranging from 14.3 up to 20+ SEER2.
Can I switch from a Gas Furnace to an Electric Heat Pump?
Absolutely. We evaluate your current panel for the load and guide you through Dual-Fuel options that maximize both reliability and federal tax credits.
Do you offer financing for new systems?
Yes. We offer several options, including 0% interest for 12–18 months for qualified buyers, to help you get the system you need comfortably.
What kind of warranty comes with my new system?
All installations come with a 10-Year Parts Warranty (upon registration) and our own Labor Guarantee. If our workmanship is at fault, we fix it—period.
